Basement Remodeling Details & Pricing

We offer whole basement remodeling project using our innovative frameless wall and ceiling covering system that is insulating, moisture and sound proof.

It includes:

1. Removing old ceiling, wall coverings (if needed) and floors (if needed).
2. Installing new block or clear glass windows in the remodeling area.
3. Installing all wires needed for lighting and outlets. Included in the price: two new outlets (if needed) and recess lighting with energy saving bulbs.
4. Installing new moisture proof, insulating exterior basement walls. Installing new drywall on the existing interior walls (if needed.) Building new framed interior walls is extra: $15.00 per linear foot. Adding new doors: extra $50.00 each door. Painting all surfaces as many coats as needed (color – client’s choice.)
5. Installing new sound proof insulating removable ceiling (not drop ceiling). Painting it as many coats as needed (color – client’s choice.)
6. Installing new pre-selected laminated floors, available in dark or light color.
7. Removing all waste.
8. Cleaning the basement to the ready-to-use condition.

Price: $25.00 per sq. ft. for basements with wall height up to 8 feet. It includes labor and materials.

Warranty: 3 years when using our pre-selected materials (walls and ceiling only.)
